Our Purpose
Founded with a vision of inclusivity, Build Out Alliance serves as a beacon for the queer community within the design and construction industry. We are a diverse coalition of professionals working toward shattering stereotypes and creating a safe and welcoming environment across the industry. We dream of an industry where everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, can serve openly and with pride, and we're taking active steps to turn that dream into a reality.
